Protein Smoothie Recipes


Protein smoothies are my new favorite meal replacement for a quick yummy healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner and are surprisingly filling! It’s as easy as throwing all the ingredients in a blender and you have a meal in less than 5 minutes.

As I create new recipes for smoothies I will share them below.


Protein Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothie

  • 8 pineapple nibs
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Gluten Free (GF)


Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1-1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 cup fresh spinach

Gluten Free (GF)


Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

    1. I’ve been experimenting lately and this is my new favorite recipe! Agreed, they are the best! Such a perfect option when you want something healthy but not in the mood to make a full meal!
