Protein smoothies are my new favorite meal replacement for a quick yummy healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner and are surprisingly filling! It’s as easy as throwing all the ingredients in a blender and you have a meal in less than 5 minutes.
As I create new recipes for smoothies I will share them below.
Protein Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothie
- 8 pineapple nibs
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Gluten Free (GF)
Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1-1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1-1/2 cup fresh spinach
Gluten Free (GF)
Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 strawberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Gluten Free (GF) Dairy Free (DF)
All those ingredients sound so good blended together! I have protein smoothies most mornings when the weather is warm – they are they best!!

I’ve been experimenting lately and this is my new favorite recipe! Agreed, they are the best! Such a perfect option when you want something healthy but not in the mood to make a full meal!
