About a month ago, I started incorporating more at home workouts into my fitness routine. I never realized that YouTube had such a great selection of good quality workout videos! After a lot of these workouts, I’ve found myself much more sweaty than I usually am after a weightlifting session at the gym. I’m guessing because they incorporate a lot of cardio into the routines and I’m working muscles I haven’t in a while.
Needless to say, I’m highly impressed with the free selection that YouTube has to offer. I wanted to make sure to share this option will all of you in case, like myself, you aren’t aware of this option.
